Ukraine: Katerynovka in Donetsk fell – Russians unstoppable in 3 regions

According to a new report by the Russian state news agency TASS, Moscow’s troops have recently liberated the settlement of Katerinovka in the Donetsk region.

The news was confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry itself, which clarified that the complete capture of the village was achieved yesterday, Monday, April 7.

The soldiers of the Russian Group of Forces West managed to eliminate 215 Ukrainian soldiers yesterday Monday. At the same time, they destroyed 3 guns and 1 electronic warfare station near the front line.

The Russian Group of Forces North, for its part, is said to have caused more than 85 casualties to the Ukrainian army. This group of Moscow troops is mainly active in the Russian border regions of Belgorod and Kursk, as well as in the northeastern Ukrainian region of Sumy. The same Russian soldiers destroyed a Ukrainian armored vehicle. In total, over the past 24 hours the Ukrainian army lost 84 men, 2 armored vehicles and 2 wheeled vehicles in this sector of the front.

The Deadliest Battles for Ukrainians

The deadliest battles for Ukrainians yesterday, however, did not take place in Donetsk or Kursk. Τhe Russian group of forces that caused the most enemy casualties was the South group.

The Russian group of forces South is operating in the direction of South Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhia. There, during the day yesterday, Kiev lost more than 300 soldiers, 2 weapons depots, 2 armored vehicles, 22 wheeled vehicles and 1 electronic warfare station.

These strikes occurred in the areas of the settlements of Seversk, Minkovka, Chasov Yar, Konstantinovka, Artyom, Kalinovo and Tarasovka in Donetsk.
