According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Group of Forces Center improved its position along the front line and defeated nine brigades and one regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donetsk.
The “South” group of forces occupied more advantageous lines and positions, while units of the “East” group of forces continued to advance into the depths of the defense of the Ukrainian armed forces, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
The Russian department reported that the losses of the Ukrainian army in the area of responsibility of the group of forces “West” in one day amounted to more than 200 servicemen, eight vehicles, two field artillery guns, two electronic warfare stations and an ammunition depot.
The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of operations of the group “Center” amounted to more than 325 servicemen, two tanks, two armored combat vehicles, one truck and two guns,” the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
According to it, the Russian group of forces “South” attacked five brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of six residential areas of Donetsk.
“The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 185 soldiers, a launcher for the Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system, a vehicle and three field artillery pieces. An electronic warfare station and an ammunition depot were destroyed,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Units of the “East” group defeated three brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Zaporizhia region, the Russian military said.
“Ukrainian losses amounted to 175 soldiers, one armored fighting vehicle, one car, four field artillery pieces, including a Polish-made 155-mm Krab self-propelled howitzer, and an ammunition depot,” the statement said.
“Units of the Russian Group of Forces North in the Kharkov direction inflicted losses on formations of the mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the territorial defense brigade in the areas of the settlements of Volshansk, Dolzink and Zolosov in the Kharkov region,” the Russian Defense Ministry announced.
According to a Russian report, the losses of the Ukrainian army in the last 24 hours amounted to more than 30 servicemen, two tanks, one armored fighting vehicle, four cars, three artillery pieces and one vehicle.
