Russian planes were bombing everything yesterday throughout the country!

Air raid sirens rang out across Ukraine for another day, with the Russian air force striking several Ukrainian military infrastructure.

Target Points Provisional Lineup of the Ukrainian Army

According to Vadim Astafiev, head of the press center of the Russian army group South, the air force of the group launched missile and bomb attacks against Ukrainian targets in various directions.

According to the Russian representative, crews of Russian Su-34 aircraft hit temporary deployment points of the Ukrainian 81st Airborne Brigade in the Serebriansky and Belogorovka region, the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine west of Kletschivka, the 22nd Separate Mechanized Brigade in Predet chin and of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade in Novgorod.

On the other hand, Russian artillery units are said to have destroyed Ukrainian 120 mm howitzers in the areas of Serebrianskyi and Nevelskaya settlements, as well as 2S3 Akatsiya, Krab, M777 and 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers in Seversk, Tikhonovka, Aleksandr-Kalinovsk and Krasnogorovka, concluded Astafiev.

Air Raid Alarms Sounded Across the Country

According to information from the Russian news agency RIA Novosti, air raid alerts were announced across Ukraine on the morning of Wednesday, August 02.

The sirens first sounded at 07:12 local time in the Kirovograd region of Ukraine. At 07:28, alarms were also sounded in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, while a minute later sirens sounded in the Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr and Ternopil regions, as well as in other regions.

From October 10 until today, the Russian military has been launching devastating attacks against Ukrainian energy, defense, military and other infrastructure. As Russian President Vladimir Putin himself stated at the time, the first Russian strike was a vengeful retaliation for Kiev’s attack on the Crimean bridge.

As we informed you, Kiev attacked the bridge again on July 17. Following that operation, the Russian military launched a barrage of retaliatory strikes against Odesa, Nikolaev and other coastal Ukrainian cities, targeting infrastructure at the country’s ports in order to reduce Ukraine’s ability to export grain and other goods.
